Where can i download a trial version, i cant find it on microsofts website ?

To the best of my knowledge, MS pulled trial versions of Exchange 2K3 yonks ago - around mid-2006 if memory serves. That will be because E2K7 was released around that time. The only way I can think of legitimately obtaining a trial version would be to get hold of the self-paced learning kit - you should be able to get it off EBay or from a second-hand bookstore. Alternatively, you could try looking for a torrent of it somewhere, but I suspect they'll all be cracked legit copies as opposed to 'real' trial versions, so of no use.

 

There is a trial version with the MS Press 70-284 book, linkage.

 

This is the one that I'm currently using.
