    NEW EXERCISE PROGRAM FOR 2004

After reading the post by flex I thought this might help.

Here's the exercise program I am using to stay in shape this year. You
might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become
more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.

    NOW SCROLL DOWN...

    NOW SCROLL UP...

That's enough for the first day

Well I shall be trying out my other arm tonight in the bar, lifting that very heavy pint pot. I understand that as well as weight training it is also good aerobic excersise (so long as I lift the glass up and down enough times).

Hey I'll have less of this. I'll have you know I've just got back from the swmming pool and completed a very respecable 50 lenghs.

but don't tell the missus that I had a drinkypoos after though. She'll make me do it again tommorrow

*Think, must remember to use the spell checker*
