    Thanks for that reply BM. The reason I liked this thread is because it got me thinking about how we determine who and who is not a BD. I think you summed it up perfectly in that it only matters if I cheated and if the vendor thinks I've cheated.

    I have to hold my hands up that I am an optimist and ultimately I'd like to think people are inherently good and won't in good conscience, continue in a career they know they know little about due to BD use.

    My only concern is that good people who have worked hard may get branded by their peers for high scores. I don’t have any answers but this has made me think about how we build our opinions about a peer based on exam scores.
