Hello everyone! New guy here.

I stumbled across here on Google a couple of days ago while I was researching courses, and I've already learnt so much! At the moment, I'm looking to develop my PC skills and am considering tech support.

I'm currently looking at the self-study route to CompTIA A+. I've picked up some knowledge - and built/upgraded/repaired a few PCs - over the past few years, so I thought it might be nice to get proper training and fill in the gaps in my knowledge. Then hopefully I can get paid to do something I like for a living. :P

I'm just waiting for the A+ study guide and the real world skills guide book to arrive so I can read through them and make 100% sure it's what I want to do. I've also e-mailed a friend who works in tech support for his advice.
