I know how to create and use and emergency repair disk in Windows NT 2000. But there is a section of the A+ Operating System Objectives that refers to Creating Emergency Disks with OS Utilities. What is this refering to. my guess is a Startup Disk. If I am wrong please let me know?

Start > All programs > Accessories > System tools > Backup
