Ok - I'm old enough to have experienced Elite on the Spectrum 48K and it was good.

When Frontier can out on the PC it was by miles the best game I ever owned.

Now there is a good chance of Elite: Dangerous being released.

If you, like me, like shooting pirates in polygon spaceships check this out. maybe even donate

I had Elite for my CBM 64, 100% addictive!! Great game!

I hated Frontier! I kept crashing into planets etc. LOL!

 

Pretty much lived & breathed most 'versions' of Elite since it first came out - huge retro-gaming/computing fan...
