Just been reading that article, and i dont know what is worse

I just love this quote. Their society is so rough you end up in court for calling someone bald . I'm not sure what he means by "cursing or attacking their dignity can give you a cause of action," does he mean dropping the nut on someone?

 

The web is a dangerous tool with regards defamation. Flame wars lead to libel, often in the hope of reducing the communities view of an individual or group. I did a large part of my 3rd year of my degree studying ICT & The Law and Defamation is a very real issue with the internet, and charges can be brought. Ill dig out some case law from my files tommorow and post them up on here.

Be careful what you say, the net has relative permanency with regards your comments, especially now with google caching & mirroring.
