I was sent an email to my hotmail account from a person I do not know. It asked me to do something in the event I lost a hotmail password and to give out some information. Hotmail displayed the message that it had moved it to my junk folder as it contained harmful code. In the to: field there was a list of other addresses I did not recognise. In the CC: field however I noticed the address of someone who was on my contact list along with others who are unknown to me. Looks clearly a scam to me what do you reckon this is all about? I ignored and deleted the msg. Looks like some sort of scam

If I don't know the person e-mailing me, it gets deleted...*especially* if it has an attachment.
