Anyone know where I can find any documentation templates for server/ws/network configuration?

I want to start documenting the changes I make but I don't know how or what? Any ideas would be a help. What do the other users here use/do? :?:

What application are you using?

I use MS VISO for that sort of thing.

I'm not rich enough to afford Visio. I would like to be as I've heard that it is really good.

I thought excel, word or pdf's would be affordable.

nugget, I recommend you downlaod this, it's a simple Word or pdf doc that's a guide to documenting your network.
I'm going to start using this from now on, because I'm sick and tired of losing track of my network, what's installed, what's not, service packs.
Simply documenting it is far easier than having to go into the system properties all the time or wherever.
