    I've recently taken up badmington of all things and really enjoy it. Do you play any sports?

    Nah dont have time tbh, I was quite keen on martial arts at one point.. would love to start boxing but dont have time.. these days a sport to me is time on the xbox.

    I'm terrible at football, never been good at it sadly. Tried a few martial arts and would love to do that again one day, just work kids work kids at the moment, I can't find the time.
    Skydiving, oooff you're brave @Apexes, I'd like to do it once but that's my limit ha ha

    5 a-side footy for me on a Wednesday. I used to play 11's but gave that up a few years back. Also lifting a few pints up at the weekend if you class that as a sport

    Five a side footie twice a week, badminton and swimming on occasions.

    I like badminton, but think squash is better, not played that for a few years

    I can imagine mate, lot of competition from these young upstarts, you need to keep on top of your game with regular training, pushing the envelope now and then of what's humanly possible :beerfunnel:

    I will try squash, everyone raves about it. Good on you keeping it up. 50 is the new 30 im pretty sure in this day and age :)

    So I only do fitness rather than sports, I put on a lot of weight since I left the Army and having been recently diagnosed with a serious blood pressure ailment (Hypertensive Crisis) I have started looking closer at my health and fitness.

    Since the 1st of October I have managed to walk 61km, averaging 5km a day.

    Once I start losing the weight and getting fitter I would like to look at something like a triathlon, nothing major due to age and fitness levels but it would be nice to do at least one.

    Yes i do Athletics, (!00m, 200m javelin, long jump etc) as well as coaching it for kids. I also go Mountain biking mainly XC trails as its so flat round here.
