I'm especially interested in the guys with large virtual lab estates at home, but chucking it out there to everyone in general.

As per the title..do you own genuine Microsoft Server licenses? Or do you just use an evaluation copy and slmgr -rearm it?

In previous years I would go with the eval + rearm, but more and more I am getting interested in buying a full time virtual lab server and having some VM's on there that I don't have to recreate every couple of months. The logic being that it'll save me time and I've done way more dcpromo's than I care to remember now.
