Thanks for posting that link. It works. I get a 403, Access Forbidden, error from Jak's link.

 

its from the same place as Jak's link just they moved the content so my link is now the correct one... all credit to him for finding it.. im just putting it into one word doc and printing it out...

ps would i be allowed to post a pdf of it on here? or not good for the copyright? dont see how ill be breaking any copyright as im just cramming the info onto a few pages...

 

If I was you I would ask them if they have a problem with you doing that.
