DLL error on XP

Anybody got any ideas on this DLL error please ?

Appearing on my mother in laws screen as soon as XP has loaded up, pc is only a month old, doesn't seem to be effecting anything just wanted to know if I should do anything ?

Gonna check out device manage quickly and then run a reg mechanic.

Looks to be a problem with a security update conflicting a base address with a third party installtaion.

Take a look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/en-us for the solution!

How did you find the problem so fast if u don't mind me asking ? Just googleise it ?

I've had this on a machine I worked on last week, so I guess I had a headstart!

I did Google it last week, after a few clicks I got to that!

 

Yeah, that normally does the trick, or use microsoft knowledge base and just use a few words from the actual error like HHCTRL.OCX

Interesting. This looks like the problem that the .ANI fix caused when it was rolled out last Tuesday.

M$ are supposed to be doing an update for this today.
