    alright lets take it from the beginning but shortly

    link-local >>>> if there is no router or a ( DHCP that assigns IPs automatically)
    and i asked the link-local prefix is generated by whom in this case . You explained it that " machine itself"

    link-local prefix is FE80....

    site-local prefix is FEC0 OR FED0...


    site-local and global address prefixes are generated by either a router or a DHCP thats OK

    ................
    regarding the information above, host produces "link-local prefix" on its own , however ,
    site-local and global prefixes requires to be generated by a router or a DHCP
