    F4 - Repeats the last thing you did (I think works in all of the Microsoft office applications.)

    Holding down the CTRL key and using the scroll wheel on the mouse allows you to resize the txt in internet exporer (not sure about the other browsers)

    Not just browsers...but if you happen to have Vista (dont know about XP) it does the same thing for viewing files and folders...I just this second did it on Vista Ultimate 8) give it a try and see all the different ways it changes...fantastic :biggrin...

    Or you can right click the taskbar (or any open toolbar) and select toolbars > New toolbar. You can then add a custom toolbar by selecting the folders displayed in the Explorer tree, eg: My Computer, Control Panel..........

    Most of the tips I knew have been mentioned already, but here's one that hasn't been used.

    To close the current application press ALT + F4. Probably the quickest way to shut down p0rn as well! :biggrin

    If you want to reboot a machine that you are RDPd onto but only have the 'disconnect' option on the start menu, you can bring up the full shut down option by using CTRL+ALT+END - handy when your box is sitting in a data centre 150 miles away!

    If you are busy troubleshooting a problem at the command line and need to go back to a previous command don’t press the up key and scroll through them all, press F7 and a menu appears with every command you have typed from when the command line window was opened.
