Hi, i know this answer wont help you very much, but is very truthful.

In general MS exams have a random format, meaning usually they can be anything from 40-60 questions, in a multiple guess, sim, or the other types where you move things around the screen into correct boxes, questions.

No 2 exams should ever be the same, thats why there is no "this is what to expect" answer.
