I'll turn your point around, Mick - I AM in a Glasgow call centre, and love getting sniffy with the tw@ts from the Home Counties that say "I can't understand a word from you Jocks" . Seems the rest of our customer base around the globe seem to have no problems communicating with us (and it's a real novelty for them speaking to Scotland)on a daily basis.

Interestingly, I've been doing some call monitoring recently, and I cringe at my own voice and laugh at the rest of the lads and lassies - it's like Rab C Nesbitt doing Helpdesk, but customers love it !!
