    Hello

My computer temperature is around 50C at idle and almost 60C when under load. I think it might have something to do with the vcore values . I am a complete noob when it comes to overclocking, hence why i havent attempted it. My computer specs are:

    ASUS P5N32-E Sli
    E6700 @ 2.66
    OCZ 2 GB DDR2 Ram 800 mhz
    OCZ 700W PSU
    EVGA 8800GTS

HEre is a screenshot of my bios values?

In my bios, i have everything to auto, like the volts and stuff, so some of these values change ( like the VCORE value ). Are these the standard value or can these be driving my temperatures high?

there should be a setting in the bios to reset everything to default, although if you've not touched it like you've said it should be ok.

the thing i would check first would be the heatsink is mounted correctly and that the thermal compound is ok. what cooler do you have ?

    p.s. there's an introduction forum ;)
