hi all

looking for some advice here as ms site doesnt really clarify.

when debugging stop errors using ms debugging and symbols on a sp3 pc do we need the previous symbols packs for previous service packs. or does just the sp3 symbols package do for sp3 machines.

the reason im asking this as ms's site says "Symbol packages are non-cumulative unless otherwise noted, so if you are using an SP2 Windows release, you will need to install the symbols for the original RTM version and for SP1 before you install the symbols for SP2."
