DCOM GPO Setting

I am looking to enable a setting within the DCOM Config section. What I'd like to do is grant the Network Service Local Launch Allow setting on the SMS Agent Host under Launch and Activation Permissions. However when looking at GPO's I only see two settings, DCOM: Machine Launch Restrictions in Security Descriptor Definition Language (SDDL) syntax and DCOM: Machine Access Restrictions in Security Descriptor Definition Language (SDDL) syntax. These settings seem like a global DCOM config and not per DCOM item... Is there away I can do this for just one item instead of the whole DCOM Config section?

We have 400 computers so I would like to use GPO's instead of going through each one which would take forever!

Perhaps I have to script something?
