Customer Service/Admin to IT?

    Hi,
    would anybody able suggest an IT career path, which would use my Customer Service and Admin. skills/experience? I'm guessing Help Desk and I do already do some 1st line support for telephone and broadband faults. Also, any certificates that might be good?

    It definitely will. That was my background before getting a helpdesk position 8 months ago.

    Any entry level Microsoft certs (MTA's or maaaybe the 70-680/Windows 7: MCSA). CompTIA stuff didn't help me much in my job search as many employers here in the UK either weren't familiar with it or didn't care about it. They are useful for knowledge and building a foundation though.
