Does any body use hacks and filters when using css, if so what are your results and what do you think about using them?

i seldom use filters, but i do use hacks. there's hardly a way around it when trying to cater multiple browsers. on the other hand, i'm not really exceptional at css, so i may have used hacks where it was not really necessary.

The only real hack I use is to get around IE's limited support for css standards. I have 2 stylesheets, one for IE and one for the rest. Seems to work ok too.
