    Hi

    When i try to run Lineage 2, the update windows pops up and i hit Start.

    Then the loading picture comes up and after a few seconds, this critical error window pops up

    here is what it says:

    OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
    CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 1003 MHz with 511MB RAM
    Video: NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600 Ultra (6177)

    Insufficient Memory.
    Please check the Virtual Memory Option and avilable hard drive space.
    You can check them by going to : Control Panel->System->Advanced->Performance->Settings->Advanced->Virtual memory.

    History: FMallocWindows::Malloc <- FMallocWindows::Realloc <- 00000000 2001085536 FArray <- FArray::Realloc <- 1323877516*8 <- FUnrealfileSummary<< <- LoadSummary <- ULinkerLoad::ULinkerLoad <- UObject::GetPackageLinker <- UObject::StaticLoadObject <- (Engine.Texture L2Font-e.SmallFont-e NULL) <- UCanvas::UCanvas <- UViewport::UViewport <- UWindowsClient::NewViewport <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

    please help
    thanks

    this may sound daft. but have you actually checked the settings for virtual memory and hard drive space????? what did they say?

    I have to second that one. First step is to go and check your virtual memory settings. This may be a simple fix. :)

    What is this, and could it be significant at all ? Other than that, I go with the above - check page file settings.
