if you were a juror in this case?

This is from a newspaper I produced earlier today.

A man woke up after a drunken party to find a male friend performing a sect act on him, a jury at **** crown court heard yesterday.

The man had been with a group of friends at a party in *** where he stayed overnight.

He claims that he woke on the sofa the next morning with a sensation that something was happening to him. He says he found his trousers and boxers were undone and that **** **** 31 was kneeling on the floor giving him oral sex.

The man said he shouted at **** but he just looked embarrased and mumbled something.

The court heard that when police interviewed *** he said he could remember nothing of the event apart from the man shouting at him. When asked by police if he had undone the mans trousers and boxers he replied "Not that I know of" and when asked if he had performed oral sex on the man he replied "I certainly hope not"

The trial continues

If I were a jourer I wouldn't have been able to keep a straight face, you usually remember if you have done something with someone and it doesn't matter how drunk I was I would know if someone was trying undo my trousers.
