Converting NTSC to PAL

once you rip the vob files to your PC and get them to raw mpeg stream, you free to do pretty much anythin with them, its just knowing how

doom9.org is a great resource but it doesnt mention specifically what you want to do, however does have guides on the various apps, and the forum might shed some more light

(that guide above is for PAL -> NTSC but the same works both ways)

 

try a program called DVD Santa www.dvdsanta.com you can convert anything from avi to mpeg to wmv into DVD and even from NTSC to PAL.
