    Today SpaceShipOne, a privatly funded, engineered, constructed and piloted spacehip broke the 100km barrier to space, marking the first ever such feat by a non government body

    Congrats to the guys at Scaled Composites on a job well done, and good luck with the X Prize

    may these sorts of achievements open new doorways for us, and bring in a new age of technological advancement.

    Let's hope he manages it with the crew of 3 now, to claim the prize.

    btw - I LOVED the way he proved on film he was actually in space. Opening a bag of Skittles and letting them float around the capsule is pretty much indisputable, I'd say :wink:
