Comptia not accepting MCITP Ent Admin

    Hi all,
    I am new here and wanted to share some disturbing news I got from Comptia.
    I sent a ticket enquiring about enrolling unto the CE Program and submitting my evidence to gain the 50 units for my Security +. After paying the fee and enrolling on the program I was informed that they cannot accept my MCITP Ent Admin certificate because it was done in Nov 2010.
    I demand a refund :biggrin

    When did you do the Security+? If you did the MCITP before you did your Security+, I'm not surprised. The CE units gained have to be done post your last Comptia cert not pre (or before).

    If you did the MCITP after your last Comptia cert, then I would be argue the case with them.

    As the Security+, Network+ and A+'s didn't come into effect until 1st Jan 2011 I suspect you are correct Ken.

    Thanks for your reply Ken.
    I did the S+ post the MCITP just to get the certified for life status. What they are saying is since I have recently registered on the CE program its more than 90 days so it cannot be used.
