    Hi All!!

I am looking at doing the CompTIA A+ as a start via a self study book and was hoping someone can recommend a book to me please?

I was originally thinking about doing a "at home" course, but had read a few things on this forum and it put me off a expensive home course AND I have the benefit of having over 7 years experience on and off building and upgrading IT systems but nothing on paper to show for it.

So...what book is worth getting in your experience?

    Thank you in advance.

This is the recommended book for the A+. I used an earlier edition of the book to pass the A+ exams a few years back.

The professormesser videos are also a good free resource to learn from.
