Please can someone help me? I passed my A+ this year but i've lost my original certificate. I logged on to my comptia candidate account at https://certmetrics.com/comptia/login.aspx ,

which shows my qualifications but it doesn't say anywhere or have any function where I can request a replacement certificate.

I have tried to email comptia but so far, no one has replied.

Please could someone tell me how to request a replacement certificate?

I think all you can do is try to contact them. See if you can do the contact us through your candidate page.

If you are wanting to prove to an employer that you have passed the A+ you can show them your candidate page.
