    Hello there, :D

Im a 26yr old Gas man, past couple of years not been too happy doing that kind of work although lots of pennies come my way:D Been reading these forums for a couple of months now, very helpful, an excellent site. After deep consideration :blink , Certforums has pointed me towards a Technical and Systems Engineer training Course with nitcl.

On reading many different posts, ive decided this is the best route for me to take as i do not have a great backround with computers, only a very basic knowledge. This course will train me like the green guy i am at first!

Course is currently £3900, just going through my CDL application now. Cant wait to get started, something ive always wanted to do, now i finally got off my chunky ass and made a start!!

Great site, certforums has answered everything i was unsure about.

Thanks... ill keep the posts coming with my progress reports :biggrin

:biggrin They are normally in the closet, under everyone's shoes or junk  Not very often you get a straight forward meter check, the best one's are at the end of someone's drive under 25yrs growth of shrubs, bushes and tree's lol :x whats with this out of the closet lark? makes me sound kinda like a strange one he he he

In the US, at least everywhere I've ever lived, the gas meter is always outside. Seems odd to make the meter reader have to go inside just to do their job.

If the gas meter in the uk is outside of your building it is british gas/transco responsibility, so they pay for any problems.

If its inside, any problems or leaks, the customer normally has to pay..

A way of taking money from the customer :D, thats why you find most on the inside!
