    it was a cheapy plastic case i bought about 7 years ago to house my P3 system in. after it fell to bits i got a cheiftec dragon case which had a red window with bio hazard etch and flame cold cathod. i was the envy of uni 8)

    Here is my system, was built in July 2007:


    Case: Just a standard black case
    Motherboard: Asus M2N4-SLi
    CPU: AMD X2 3800+
    Memory: Corsair TWINX DDR2 666Mhz 2 x 1GB
    Hard Drive: Western Digital 160GB plus two External Hard drives. One is 500GB and the other is 200GB
    Video Card: Sapphire Radeon X1950XT PCI-Express 16X
    OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 32X
    Monitor NU L921G LCD MONITOR 19IN

    All of the components not including the monitor, keyboard, mouse, optical drives, external drives cost me around $700 Canadian.

    thats it im officially jealous of your machine...have u seen the screens this dude is running? my only gripe is your graphics card...i mean for a rig this mean...you should have gone for an ATI 2900XT...i just bought my second 2600XT which will arrive tomorrow...so Crossfire here I come baby :biggrin

    Hi Noelg24,
    Yep I agree about the graphics card. I just used the one that was in the machine before I upgraded. Same with the DVD writers, hard disks and the 20" monitor. But when finances & the missus permits I shall be swapping the card for an ATI 2900XT.

    Missus permits? erm by the looks of the rig u got...I think she has let u get away with far too much already :twisted: that being said if anyone wants to see what my new PC looks like (and with the old PC next to it) u can look here.
