Does anyone know of any cloud (aparently it used to be called the Internet, but cloud seems to be it 'in' word at the moment) based VM hosting platforms?

Essentially what I'm after is the ability to pay a subscription and be able to build a 'lab' of VM's online.

I simply want to be able to open up a web browser, login to a site and have a number of VM's to play with as I please. Paying for more if necessary.

Anyone heard of such a thing, or got any ideas?
