I have just been assigned a Three Tier ASA Installation in an Active/Passive model for a branch of a household Bank.

It's going to be pretty massive they will have 6 ASA's in total feeding from 2 x 10MB Leased Lines.

Looking forward to this one

Forgot to give you all an update, on my Cisco project, its my baby, it has been live for the last 3 months without any dramas.

It caused me a few sleepness nights implementing certain things, but the configs are a thing of beauty!

We have the following in place:

- 2 x ASA 5520 Internet Facing
- 2 x ASA 5520 DMZ
- 2 x ASA 5520 LAN
- VPN's working in NAT and No NAT mode to mask internal IP Address ranges
- HTTP/HTTPS traffic locked down to proxy service
- SMTP traffic locked down to service provider
- EIGRP Routing Protocol
- Management Access locked down to partical Public IP's
- Access Rules only allowing certain Ports outbound nothing is allowed inbound to the LAN except established traffic.
- Only 1 Port opened up to the external world which is to the DMZ!

Work have just one a couple more banking deals, so I will be installing another 2 of these in different locations around the world.

this implementation is working well. i withdrew £10 from the cashpoint and it spat out a 20! gud stuff, keep it up!!!
