No, not to your phone calls but to feedback. I got this as an e-mail from the Cisco Netacademy and thought some of you would find it interesting:

CCNA 1 version 3.0 was released on June 26, 2003. Since that date Cisco has received your feedback on the curriculum and assessments. On November 4 th and 5th, a cross functional team from the Cisco Networking Academy Program met to strategize on ways to assist the community with challenges we have heard instructors and students are experiencing with CCNA 1 Version 3.0.

On November 5th we posted CCNA and CCNP Version 3.0 curriculum Errata Sheets in the "Help" tool and on November 12 th we posted CCNA Version 3.0 assessment Errata Sheets in the "Help" tool (Answer ID's 1866, 1867, 1877, 1878, 1879, 1880).

On November 10th we posted the announcement that "Partial Scoring will be Implemented for CCNA Exams," which can be accessed by visiting the "News and Announcement" archives. This was in direct response to feedback from instructors and students.

Today we release PASS, Plan for Academy Student Success. PASS is a document that provides guidance for Academy Instructors to assist in allowing the CCNA 1 core course objectives to have more time for delivery in the classroom to achieve success for all students at all education levels. PASS can be found in four locations on Academy Connection.

    - The "Help" link, which can be found in the upper right-hand corner of each page within Academy Connection. Search on Answer ID 1895.
    - CCNA discussion boards found in the Instructor Community under the "Community" link on the Instructor Home Page of Academy Connection.
    - The "Tools" section for CCNA, which is located in the right hand resource area of Academy Connection on the Instructor and Administrator Home Pages.
    - Coming soon to the Instructor Class Home Page for CCNA 1 v3.0.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to work to improve the Cisco Networking Academy Program. We are definitely listening to you!
