certification in India?

    They're stopping with VUE. As of now, you can no longer pay for an exam through VUE; you must use a voucher that has already been purchased. The vouchers must be used before 31 December.

    Not completely. All this action does is prevent gunmen from taking exams for non-Indians and non-Chinese inside those countries. Gunmen can still help Indians and Chinese cheat. For example, all a gunman would have to do is show up in India with the credentials of an Indian. A corrupt testing center isn't going to care if they look like they're from India... all it takes is a bribe.

    Additionally, gunmen can still cheat for ANYONE in any other country. All they need to do is provide positive identification that shows they are the test taker.
