Hi All,

This has been answered before but I can't find it. How long have poeple waited for certificates to arrive from MS?

Been 6 weeks now for me and still nothing.

You have to register on the MCP member site, this requires that you join your hotmail / MS Passport with their site and your MCP ID. You may need to clear your cookies to make this process go smoothly.

Once registered on the site you can then request your cert welcome pack which will contain the certificate.

Yeah done that. They say they have 'improved' their service. I dread to think what it was like before

Well if four weeks have passed you can contact them and ask where the pack is, last time I did this I ended up with two packs so i guess maybe stuff gets held up either in the process or by the postal system...
