Hi All,

I have just completed my Microsoft 70-680 exam and now my company are putting me on my CISCO training course. I think it simply used to be the CCNA but believe it is being "re-branded" / altered for lack of a better term. I believe from September onwards it will be the CCNAX?

Basically, I'm just wondering if people are able to offer advice on good study material, books videos etc for the course? I can see many books available for the CCNA but not sure how different the CCNAX will be? I presume it will be different in some way - updated course material etc, therefore I am reluctant to get an old CCNA book in case it doesn't include the updated/required material.

Perhaps someone with more knowledge of CISCO exams can kick me in the right direction?

I believe the CCNAX is the CCNA but the ICND1 and ICND2 route rather than just doing the one exam route.

 

Ah OK, so something like this would be a good start in terms of study material I guess?

Some courses supply notes and text books. I received this text book recently when i started my CCNA course.

CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate Study Guide (640-802): Exam 640-802. (640-802)

 

I think that CCNA and CCNA are the same but only something are changed in them. You can get study material from xcerts. It is a very good training institute of Ney York City.
