Can't see a post anywhere that puts all the best links into one place so I thought I'd share all the ones I used and will start using again when I start on CCNP:

http://www.subnettingquestions.com/ <--- Free random subnetting question generator

http://forums.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/PrepCenter?page=main <--- Cisco's CCNA prep centre. Free videos, practice questions, labs and more.

http://www.celticrover.com/tig/ccna/ccnareviews.asp <--- Celtic Rover- Free theory questions possibly the hardest practice questions I came up against, good articles as well.

http://www.firewall.cx/ <---Extremely good background info on almost all networking topics, now recognised by Cisco network academy.

    http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/cisintwk/ito_doc/index.htm <---Cisco's Internetworking handbook.

Not wanting to tech anyone how to suck eggs by posting these but I've got people on my other forums I belong to asking me for all this so I thought why not post them here as well! :P
