Just had a look see at some CCNA data center training (Yes it's "centre" and not "center" but the Americans can't spell)

    640 911 and 640 916

I gather that there are CBT Nuggets of both of these and there are inevitably going to be some books as well

Any advice RE: books? Other training?

I intend to emulate the equipment (I actually do own the hardware btw) and I think the nexus stuff, Cisco provide a VM?

I would probably go with the Cisco Press books (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Center-DCICN-640-911-Official-Guide/dp/1587204541/ref=pd_bxgy_b_text_y and http://www.amazon.co.uk/Center-DCIC...tification/dp/1587144220/ref=pd_bxgy_b_text_y) as your first port of call.

Ahh I was looking at those! How would the 640 911 from Cisco compare to say this?

I gather that yeah Cisco press is pretty "official" but sometimes others are easier to understand! Any one used any non official books?

Well as Todd Lammle is on par with Wendel Odom I would say you're in good hands with either author. Please understand tho that I haven't read either book and am only going off previous experience (I know of both authors).
