CCNA 1 what happens when i pass

    Hello All,

    What happens when i pass my Cisco CCNA routing and switching. It is all on Cisco NetCad. What happens when i pass?

    Do I get a certificate when i pass sent to my house. Or do i have to do some test after the final exam?

    So is this ICND1 or CCNA (which is a combination of both ICND1 and ICND2)?.

    Not sure if Cisco have done away with certificates these days (I know that VMware have now).

    You should be notified by email that you have attained the exams to be qualified as a CCNA (assuming the big exam rather than either of the smaller ones) and advising you that you have 3 years to re-certify.

    They still send you a certificate, it takes a few weeks to arrive from the USA, though!
     
    Certifications: A+, N+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE 2003, CCENT ICND1

    After passing your exam you need to register in Cisco.com ( to get an id )

    and then you apply to get your certification

    Ebrahim H I am doing this through college. When I completed a recent cert with Cisco and my college, I did not do anything. I just completed the work and got my certificate a little later.

    Now though, it is a little more complicated so I am sceptical on how I am going to get my certificate.
