Ok guys looks like I may have jumped the gun about Apple customers. Cos yesterday morning when I got into work I got an email from my manager telling me that a customer was pleased with the level of service I provided for him. although I cant remember what the call was about I was rather pleased with meself...however on top of that my manager then decided to add £25 yes £25 bonus towards my pay!!! I still think the customer got the wrong agent mind...:D but I was pleased and couldnt stop smiling...so just thought I would add a happy note about my otherwise dull job (come to think of it I may well get used to this  ) I even got my payslip yesterday and noticed I got a huge whack of bonus for this month...blimey I must be doing something right...

Good stuff Noel, it is not often that customers take the time to thank a company because of the helpful way an employee dealt with them. They can be pretty quick on the mark if they are unsatisfied though.

Pat yourself on the back and re-evaluate your work ethic 8)
