CareerBuilder survey reveals more goofy resume blunders

    Apart from providing some giggles this also provides some proof of one statistic quoted in every CV thread, you have one minute to catch the guy reading your CVs eye.

    Some funnies on there, I liked these two in particular:

    Candidate specifically pointed out that he was not a gypsy.
    Candidate put a picture of her cat on top of her resume.

    Reminds me of the time we were hiring for a receptionists position. One that will always stick in my mind is the C.V that came complete with what looked like a large mud stain (I hope it was mud) which had been smeared across the front page of the C.V. It had then been circled by the applicant with the word "Oops" written next to it. :blink

    My personal favourite was actually "Candidate’s condition for accepting the position was being allowed to bring his pet monkey to the workplace."

    Guy must think hes in every which way but loose....
