I am trying to get the case of our Tiny off so I can install a WLAN NIC in it.

However I can't get one of the case screws out. The others come out no problem but this one is stuck tight.

I tried some WD-40 on it but it didn't make a difference.

Any suggestions? Ideally I don't want to damage the case, as I don't know if it's an ATX or not.

whats it being ATX or AT got to do with anything?

    ofcourse thats not the point

the standard screws are phillips with hex heads, are the threads torn? if they are try to use spanner on the hex head (if they are using the correct screw) it usually gives a bit more leverage than a screw driver

also you can usually tell an AT over ATX case by the type of system (modern or old) and the keyboard socket in perticular (ATX ports are build onto the motherboard, AT keyboard ports are larger, and attached via cable to a bigger port, ofcourse there are other differences and exceptions, but thats the easy way to tell
