Cant find Show Desktop Icon anywhere?

    At one point I had my Windows XP taskbar configured to show the show desktop icon, but now I cant find it anymore. Can someone tell me where to get this icon so that I can drag it to the Quick Launch area of my Windows XP taskbar.
