What was the format of the original? Did you do a copy disc or did you burn the disc from an iso image?

If from just a folder full of files then usually the files needed for booting are not there. Generally an iso image contains the boot files.

First create an iso image using any softwares like winiso etc., and burn that image using nero cd burning software. it should work.

    Thanks,Raj.
