this year's subscription allows subscribers to the full Camstudio product. just looking for it now. is there something i am missing?
contacted techsmith and ms although wondered if any members on here have already downloaded it and therefore know where to get it!

I thought it was MCT's not Technet? So I dug out the email I got about it:

I seem to remember getting an email last year some time with a promo code for both.
I've downloaded them but other than a little play, haven't really used either a great amount.

Probably should though, they're tidy apps.

 

Appologies for the slow reply on this chaps.

It was an MCT thing, so a quick call to the mct line and I soon had the link sent to me with keys.

Just about to have a play with the software now.

 

I've used Snagit for years - excellent product.

Also used Camstudio a bit a few years ago when preparing training vids, again, highly recommended.

 

never used Snagit until now, although suspected Camstudio was the real deal as many training providers use it.

Agreed - two excellent products!

 

Camstudio is good, i still use version 3 which i got free with a magazine a few years back

 

Snagit is also very good and has several unique features that i haven't seen in other packages.
