Right people.. i am hooked to Call of duty but im not so sure about the new one?

Its abit futurisitc. I dont want it to get to the point where its going towards HALO etc as then it will not be different.. i wonder if they will?

Nah, I don't think it will ever go towards Halo... I am actually looking forward to Black Ops 2, should be a fun game. BF3 is also an awesome game, but it takes getting used to.

 

Ye im gunna get BF3 too. The multiplayer was amazing on the demo.. the fact you can take cars etc adds to the gameplay, but it is slightly more difficult than COD.

 

What are your thoughts on Black Ops 2?

I never seem to enjoy the COD games that Treyarch do.

The weapons never seem to be as good as the Modern Warefare games. I have been playing for a few weeks now and only like about half the maps and don't think the game play is as good. I have finally sorted a gun I like to use. The SCAR H with the FMJ and a decent site finally seems to be doing the job finally but getting fed up with the amount of people sitting in dark corners or up a height picking you off at will.

Enough moaning, how is everyone else finding it?

 

I hated black ops, and within a week i had sold it, it was awful for me, thought it was very slow and just not that good, i also felt like that about world at war as well. So i took a chance on black ops 2, and i must say im really glad that i did. I find the shooting very accurate, theres still a problem with lag which needs to be sorted out, but the game is a whole lot better than black ops or world at war.

I like the token system, where you get to choose what weapon to unlock, and the fact you can have 3 attachments on your gun, im a fan of the M27, the mp7 and the mcsc sub-machine gun, also if you go on soft-core, use the shotgun with the long barrel and laser sight as youll often get one shot one kill. There is also the league play, which is good but again, the lag does come into play a lot more there, which really messes your game up, all the weapons are unlocked however, which is good. If people choose to leave a match early, then your will be down a player for the rest of the match and you have to grin and bear it. The only thing that really pisses me off is the message you get if you leave a game early, i have done this about twice now, purely because the signal was that bad, i was getting nowhere, i have a good connection with Ethernet, and its solely on for the Xbox, i tend to notice it more when playing the Americans, not the french though they have usually surrendered after the first minute lol, couldn't resist

Ill be a mug and get the map packs as well, i did get a decent deal from tesco, £42.50 for BO2 and 2100 MS points

Is it better than MW2 and 3, a tough one, im going to say not better than 2 but close if not equal to 3.

Well, I have still no warmed to Black Ops 2. I have a terrible ratio of kills when playing it so went back to playing MW3 were my stats are twice as good!

These new maps coming out will make me decide whether or not this game is going to be a right off for me.

 

I go through good and bad phases at it. Out of them all for game modes I like Hardpoint (as I am typically gun-ho, so just spend the whole time running)
