Dont know if this is the right place to post this??

But I have an issue with a member of staff at my work.

Basically, when he sends a meeting request, if an external client proposes a new time he becomes owner of the meeting. I have checked the setting and searched all over the internet but I cant find a solution. It only happens with external clients... Anyone have a solution??

P.S if this is in the wrong section, could a mod please accept my humble apologies and move it?
