Yep, black coffee = very little calories. 8)

My weight gain was accomplished the old fashioned way....too much food and too little exercise. :( No foo-foo coffee for me.

    Probably :blink

Before I got told by the doctor to stop going to the gym I used to go regularly and I always saw people doing weights and they were doing them wrongly. So they were destroying their muscles instead of building them.

6 days a week is a bit ott imo you should be having atleast 3 days off so your muscles get time to relax.

Same here. I don't drink coffee at all so I can't blame it for my enormous gut.
Must have something to do with all that

    MCDonalds
    KFC
    Burger King
    Pizza Hut
    Dominos Pizza
    Local Chippy
    Local Chinese
    Wimpy
    and Philpotts sandwiches

    okay now I'm hungry ......

venti skinny latte with fat-free vanilla.

Vanilla sweetens it so I don't add sugar.

Coffee rocks, and I ain't no biffer.

(although Philpotts sandwiches are wonderful )

Splenda = 0 calories. Not sure how much is in the creamer... I suspect not much.

Josh and I just had a late breakfast at Cracker Barrel. It was huge. It certainly didn't help the calorie situation ANY. :D

Actually, it's not just the calories over all but a lot of those sweeteners have nasty ol' chemicals in them that really don't do the body good. The amount of sugar you'd put in to sweeten the coffee would likely be the better way to go in the long run.

Splenda is chlorinated sucrose, stable under heat. As a degreed chemist, I can say that it's a heck of a lot better than stuff like aspartame/NutriSweet.
