Brain dumps

    but this is something i dont understand :blink

    you use BD to pass the exam, you memorise the entire book, but when you do it in real life, how can you not know how to do the job, cuz if you memorised the question and answer you should know how to do it... shouldn't you? :blink

    If you use a brain dump, you don't read the book Cheek or where would the point be in using them? Then, the only problems you can solve are the exact ones that arose in the test which is highly unlikely. It's not about remembering the solution to every possible problem because that would be impossible. It's about the application of knowledge and thinking laterally. Using BDs won't teach you that.

    Well if you already know how to do the job then well, you'll already know how to do it.

    If you don't know and only memorize the questions and answers, then you'll only be able to solve problems that are the same as the questions' scenarios themselves.

    Like if you study the book and gain the actual knowledge, you will then be able to assemble use the bits of knowledge that pertain to the particular scenario.

    If all you've studied are fixed scenarios, then what will you do when some extra factors are thrown in?
